Zwartkops Race track David Piper International
V6 with Cressida 5 Speed Gearbox
Stephen has done all his own work converting this car to a racing Capri V6.Adding the Cressida box to the V6 was a little tricky to say the least, in the overall race I got 14th for the first heat and 15 for the second, not too Bad for a rookie

Gareth Tarr Own Conversion to V8
Car was originally a 1600 L. Now running a 302 Windsor motor built to Basil Green spec with a 4 speed top loader gearbox. Car still running 3 litre GT capri diff. Brakes up-rated to Saphire Ghia disks all round with an up-rated brake booster to make braking easier. Front suspension has been reworked with fully adjustable Bilstein shocks and springs. As for the rest of the car I have kept it as original as possible except for the wheels as I could not get the 13" rims over the new disc brakes. Another feature added though is electric windows.
